Every Smart Collar off the assembly line comes with a lifetime manufactures warranty when it comes to any type of defects regarding the internal technical workings embedded in the collar. We want to assure that every pet owner understands that the best interest of your pet’s health comes first before our bottom line. How to Activate Your Lifetime Warranty

To activate your lifetime warranty just email us a copy of your receipt to info@thesmartcollar.com within 30 days from your purchase date along with a photo of your pet wearing their new Smart Collar around their neck. Make sure to include your pet’s name and birthday in your email for our records.

Items Not Covered Under the Lifetime Warranty

Pet owners who have ordered the wrong neck size collar for their pet are not covered under this lifetime warranty. However, if the customer is prepared to cover the shipping charges to and from [SCT] we will exchange the collar for the right size providing the wrong size collar is reported to SCT within the first 24 hours they received their Smart Collar. They can do so by calling 1-877-900-4300.

In addition, any damages caused to the integrity of your Smart Collar by your pet rolling around on rough terrain or using their nails on their paws to scratch behind their ear or neck area shall not be covered under this warranty.

The Exchange Process

To exchange your collar for the right size you need to email us your pet’s correct neck size along with a video of your pet wearing their old Smart Collar displaying how tight or loose it fits on them. If we do not have your correct size in stock, our factory will be more than happy to produce a special order to specifically accommodate your pet’s neck size at no additional charges other than covering the shipping fees from your location to our office.

Friendly Reminder

Remember, to get the best results from your Smart Collar, you must continue to keep the under-padding of the collar clean and free from any pet hair. To do this we would strongly suggest you vacuum the collar thoroughly until all the pet hair has been completely removed from the under-padding. Then you can place your smart collar back around your pet’s neck and once again enjoy a happy and healthier pet.

Special Alert

To protect the integrity of the technology embedded in your Smart Collar do not under any circumstances place your Smart Collar in a washing machine or place in a dryer. Just vacuum and before you place the Smart Collar back around your pet’s neck, you need to give your pet another good grooming.
